I have heard many good things about Kendra’s boutique however my experience with the quality of the hair has been highly disappointing. I comb out with the right hair utensils for curly hair before bed and I apply leave in conditioner, serum and moose and the hair is still not tamed. I will say the lace does blend very well with skin. I would highly recommend to stay clear of Kendra’s boutique. The quality of the hair has fallen drastically and the customer service is appalling.

They sent me the hair that I did not order. I wash the hair seven times and it still smells like corn chips. Also bleach some of the hair with a 20 developer it killed the hair. This is some of the worst hair I've ever bought and I don't recommend it whatsoever. I prefer installs that look natural, so I went with 2 bundles and a closure. I twist and wear a bonnet every night, so pics are "twist-outs".

The ordering processing is simple and satisfying. Hair quality is always A1 and express shipping literally was processed and shipped to me in NJ in about a day plus it came with a gift. The hair smells worse than beauty supply hair. Comes with a lot of gold and red strands!

I've been buying bundles through Kendra for a year + now and I won't go back. I used to buy $100 bundles everytime I got a sew in and I would throw them away after. I will not be purchasing from Kendra anymore. I paid for express shipping which takes 2-3 days. She barely sent the hair out on a Thursday & then had nerve to answer the phone with an attitude and couldn't tell me where, why or when id received it. Once I got the bundles I had a whole bunch of knots/ sheading /split ends.
Suggested companies are based on people’s browsing tendencies. Everything was great per usual. I wish she did something to show loyal customers appreciation.
